How do you pick Singapore as your home country? And how do you select it when creating scenarios? This has bugged me for ages. I'm sure you can but maybe I'm just being silly.

I knew how to do this since i was rank 3

It works for me Click Capital City Click Country name (where it is highlighted on the right side of the box, not in the title of the box that pops up) Click Acquire Click Ready  Profit

Good thing this was answered, there are a lot of new countries that are rather small (malta and others) not to mention it has been a pretty common question for a long time.
