A new game mode

Hello. I have one more exiting Idea. Idea is new game mode/objectives. My proposal is to make a new game mode. Rules and properties of new game mode are:
1. Less time to play war.
2. Allow all ranks to play.
3. Allow without premium.
4. Allow limited time to play(not turns).
5. Can have several objectives.
6. Allow max 40 mins to play.
7. Min time=15mins.
8. Max turn time 4.
9. Allow 2-20 players to play.
10. Time ending will make game end.
Objectives:
• Capturing most cities.(the player with most cities will win)
• Capturing most countries.
• Most finances.
• Most money.
Example:
A game started with 5 players. Objectives are capturing most cities. The game time is 25 mins. Turn time is 3 mins. Time reached to 25 and player 1 have most cities. The game will end and the player with most cities will win the game.
Mostly games except Europe take more than 1 hour. World games can take up to 4 hours. This is very irritating for players because all of us are busy persons. No time to play these large game so this game mode will make easy for players to play. This will help people how to manage time and it will be something new for players in game play.

You can always play casual mode.
Also, why play a quick game if you don't have time?

The only idea I like is just capture cities/countries.
