Are Mods resetting the clocks in casual games?

During the latest series of crashes, I was playing my turn & almost done when we were crashed again. I had over 7 hours to go so I left in hopes the problem would be fixed by my return. An hour or two later I see that game now had over 22 hours to go. I thought I had been robbed of my turn, but instead the clock was reset somehow. Was this a byproduct of the crash? Or did some nice Mod reset the clock on that game? If it was a Mod, thank you ,guys & what a great idea! During the DOSS attack a little while ago I missed a couple of my casual turns. This (if it IS you wonderful Mods) could save that kind of headache in the future.

the time gets automatically reset, when the server restarts. Yesterday after the crashed the server restarted.
