How to select "tricky" cities in Adog's RP?

How do you correctly select the "Terrorists, Palestine, Washington, D.C., and Defense Ministry in Adog' RP Map (not that I would play as USA, or Russia)?:noidea:

Even tho Rps are bad ill answer ur question.

Idk about RP but if you mean countries that are very small then you click on any of its cities then click on the country name at the top right when the popup appears.
