Taking capital while in peace.

I was at peace with Mifi ( belgium) and At War with pink. Pink attacked my capital( netherlands) but belgium also attacked his units, which ended up folliwing pink's units and killing them.

The thing is, The battle should has ended and Belgium units should has stayed out of capital, but they capped me even when we was at peace.
