AtWar is not loading

AtWar is not working for me. I click Play and i have a black screen.
I am using Google Chrome and the download doesnt work too.

Did you installed Silveright? If you can't install it then go to start>run or WIndows key+R and type msconfig.After that go to services tab and check WIndows installer,volume shadow copy *if this isn't checked already.* Then restart your computer, If that doesn't work then try to play in other browser like Mozilla,opera,internet explorer 8 or 11,12,torch,safari... If it still doesn't work then try to clear cache with Ccleaner.If any of this options doesn't work then contact some support on www.techsupportguy.com or something else.

I have the same problem, I usually refresh and it loads up fine.
