It's Bug?

When I entered in a game I saw this as Spectator. Does it a Bug or something?

When I entered in a game I saw this as Spectator. Does it a Bug or something?

Casual games have a lot of things like that happen between turns... when the last player ends turns, the battles are calculated... you entered after some of the players had moved, so you get to see some strange things ...

I want to clear that it was not a Casual game.
