Can stealth plane capture a city or are they just like bombers

New player here, wanna know some info about stealth plane before i invest my money on it! , United

Nope, they are stealth and air units and so they can't take cities. Anyway, I'm not sure it's such an important investment since they're rarely used due to their high cost

The secondary defense can come in handy, specially cause of it's cheap prize. Then you have marines, which can become pretty important while learning different strategies (Guerrilla Warfare is an important strategy which uses this stealth unit). Then comes submarines, which are easy to buy thanks to their low SP prize and can be fun to use in game and lastly you have the stealth bomber, which people don't really use unless you've bought the Master of Stealth upgrade.

If you use MoS, they are reduced cost by 100, just 40 more than bombers! (and they gain more attack). If you unlock MoS, it unlocks stealths for you automatically, (only when you use that strategy, of course)  .
