New turn block system?

.....I just saw a reference to a new turn blocking system. What changes were made?

As far as I know: none. It's been the current tb system (which you can learn more about via general or strategies forum) for quite a while. Awhile back it used to be 100% tb chance if you did it as your first move but it's been changed to the current model (based on moves priority and troop numbers probability) since.
