When in-game, type into chat "/report" and then type what you want to say afterwards. So, type "/report message" and then hit enter. You can also PM mods as well.

How do you report hackers?

Same thing that riddler said. You can do"/report" and then begin typing what you wish to report. WHat you say goes directly to moderators who can then solve the problem. You can also go and PM a mod by going to their profile and then pressing the message button.
