No, to much maybe 5 reinforcements 65 income. Asia already op. If anyone did decide to do this I think they should remove a city, or heavily nerf a city in India aswell.

I was thinking of SEA and oceania, but yes you have a point about the bigger picture.

Perhaps I need to rethink of a nerf to vietnam instead.
