Maximum ban time on certain map

No more then 6 months for example, cause i think many hosts abuse ban

If the reason is lagitamate you should be able to ban people for life. But I think your issue is you are not making the distinction between a map ban that bans you from all of a players maps, which means no matter the host you can not play, which means they need a reasonable arguement to enforce this ban with screen shots of wrong doing. The other kind if ban is like muting and can be done for any reason it does not matter, this is a personal ban which means you can't play maps hosted by a certain player. The issue is the ban notification does not tell the user which is which and it can confuse those with lower intellegence. But a good way to find our if your confused is to ask the host if he is the map creator, and if he is which, ban he used and why, If he's not the creator you are personally banned, which can be done for any reason or no reason at all.

As for your suggestion, I disagree, it takes away accountability, if a user knows he can do what he wants and eventually the consequences will cease to exsist. Under our current system the best way to not get map banned is to follow all rules, and play fairly without being a dirt bag. If you can't do that then, you deserve to be barred from there work. Or at the very least after some time being punished having you swollow your pride and aplogize and plead to be unbanned by the creator. Most players don't have this issue because they play the map correctly without trying to cut corners or cheat to give themselves an advantage.

As simple as I can make it because iv tried to explain this to many times.

Map ban = Total loss of access to a map creators work, every map he owns, must have screen shots of lagitamate abuse of rules.

Player ban = Anyone can player ban you from maps they host for any reason, it is the same as muting a player, it's there choice not to play with you.

How about posibility that whoever hosts map ban isnt there except when mapmaker is playing as host, i think that would be fair

No maps are the private property of the map maker who made them, but is for public use. If a player violates a MAP rule, they should get a MAP Ban, so they are unable to play the map whoever hosts.

this is a punishment system, not a personal dispute.

I agree with Adog.
But <1> what if mapmaker is offline for months? Perhaps an automatically unban for all players?
