Hello, I've been searching for battle simulator. There are few topics on forum and few people who were developing their own calculators.
Unfortunately those topics are old and all links and sites are down.

Does any simulator exist nowadays ?
If there is none, maybe someone have a code of one of those calculators, so I can look at it and make my own ?
Or maybe at least there is somewhere a comprehensive and correct guide on how battles are calculated ?

I have a question about battle simulator. I will ask here, instead of making new topic.

Why the losing site has always lower avr.attack/avr.defence ? I have been reading about battle mechanics and it doesn't make any sense to me.

For example:
1x Scorcher Missile 20 att 10 crit ----> Avg.Att: 9.89
vs
5x Militia 4 def 0 crit ------> Wins: 100.00% ; Avg.Def: 2.51

So Missile is always losing. And it's avr attack value is slightly below... the avr we can calculate: (1+20)/2+10%*20 = 12,5

And Militia avr def is just normal: (1+4)/2 = 2,5


But if we add more missiles the situation changes:
10x Scorcher Missile 20 att 10 crit ---->Wins: 85.68% Avg.Att: 12.49
vs
5x Militia 4 def 0 crit ------> Avg.Def: 1.84

Now avr. of Missiles is ok, but avr.def of Militia dropped.


So, the question is why ? I didn't see any mechanism in battle calculation, which would explain this. Statistically avr.dmg should be always almost the same, and unit count nor winning/losing shouldn't influence it.
Is there some hidden mechanism: like - "the last blow of defeated site can't be critical" or something like this ?
