My suggestion is simple. Players should be able to alter the reinforcement turns by +1 or -1 turn. Everything stays the same except the frequency of the reinforcement turns. This will create a fresh dynamic for competitive AW 3v3 and gives map makers more freedom too.

Example:
Standard Rate- 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, …
+1 Rate- 1, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, …
-1 Rate- 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, …

I guess this would be an okay idea, although, obviously, it would be possible to make extremely unbalanced games.

Also, SP farmers would make reinf turns to 1.

You obviously didn't even read the full post. My suggestion doesn't allow for reinforcements every turn...

The exact frequency of reinforcements doesn't matter so much as the fact that SP would be increased in all games that have -1 to reinf turns.

The game is fine as-is.

This is a bla argument. We have custom maps even though that makes it easy to farm. We have medals even though that makes it easier to farm. The issue should only be how this can improve gameplay for every day AW players

Yeah, I wouldn't say potential farming is a good enough reason to prevent anything like this, especially since there are already better existing methods.

this doesnt encourage farming any more than anything else in this game, its just a way of changing the game up and making it potentially more awesome, i see no issue with this, youre lucky that the admins will never make this because they are done with this game

I'd like Fibonacci reinforcements. Reinforcements on turns 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55...

Would make for some very interesting late games, heheh
