Minus points for abandoning games

Trolls are big problems for host, so leaving Turn one minus 100 points, t2 minus 80 points, etc, some can have life obligations etc, but regular members for example should have per rank maybe plus points so r10 plus 1000 points, if if somebody in minus, not being able to play for one month any map...

No thank you. 3v3's and cw's are often mucked up because of someone being afk or some noobs picking RC. Competitive players have to abandon these kinds of games very early all the time.

it could be just for normal games

I approve that idea, either you surrender, either you play, furthermore as a compromise I think we could oblige people to inform their allies 3 turns before their departure.
