You should ask the person you kidnapped if they want to stay! without threatening...

If you kidnapped them because they asked to be kidnapped then I guess no one would care. And then you ask them if they nicely if they want to stay like Stryko said.

Ok what if they want to leave but I gave them a probationary 'HOLDING' period of three months and if they liked me we could be friends>?

Let's say that you kidnapped a north korean, which I think that is actually a favor, you can kindly ask him if he wants to stay or go back to that and that won't count as a crime, since the whole world hates their government
