I keep getting beat by friends they usually pick: China:Southeast or Germany.
What is the best all around strategy?

Naval Stealth
Air Transport Capacity
Ground Stealth
Master of Stealth
Imperialist
Naval Transport Capacity
Air Support
Air Special Attack

7th topic down is a topic where TopHats and quite a few others give tips on Imp.

Best all around strategies for non prems are PD and GW. SM and Imp are dependent on location and starting cash.

I was aiming more so for a guide, but that works too.
