Extra cities by default

It's annoying when you join a game and the host either forgets or can't do it cause he's not premium, and most players prefer playing with extra cities on.
i propose we make that the default for all players, nothing else needs to change.

This would remove one of the few incentives to purchase premium however.

to both of you and to everyone else who i knew would say that, i see your point
but i would argue, letting new players see the detail and the full version of our world map would make them more invested and interested in the game, most people who has made it past r6 in atwar would buy premium if they could,
i remember being an r7 nonprem and i just could not buy premium and this frustrated me,
as for other lower rank players, i'm sure a more detailed world map will make them more interested and invested in atwar as a game than our half-empty no extra cities world map

our issue is keeping players not getting them to buy premium, anyone who stays in atwar after r6 would buy it if they could, and that's just the kind of game atwar is
