Tell people about private chatting in a way that's more visible

I hate when I private chat noobs who dont know how to, so the respond in game chat. My suggestion would be to have a little system message show in a new chat line when somebody private chat's you and you havent private chatted before and it tells you how to respond in private (both ways).
