East and West Germany. Yes or no?

So you'll divide Berlin into East and West too? It's not feasible. And the developers have stated that adjustments to the map will be few and far between, as well as the fact that it's about as good as it is going to get as it is right now (with the exception of Kosovo, IMO).

East and West? North and South makes more sense for Scenarios.

How bout all corners? XD

I do think that a good system was if you could drag border lines to create borders, and assign capitals.
